Its located approximately 14 miles south of Hilo in Hawaiian Paradise Park Subdivision. It was built in 1990 and is a large 2 bedroom with approximately 1400 square feet of living space and is completely furnished with electric and telephone. Water is supplied by a catchment pool (catches rain water) and the grounds are maintained by a local landscaper. The front of the home has a covered deck the length of the house and you can see and hear the ocean which is only 5 blocks away.

The house sits on 1 full acre of land that has just about every type of tropical plant you can think of including palm trees, mango,papaya,
bananas, coffee, plumeria, ginger,
hibiscus, gardinia, lemon, grapefruit, avacado, and lets just say that I have more plants than I have space to mention. Hilo is approximately 20 minutes from the home and there are Wiki Wiki's as close as 5 minutes away. Hawaiian and Aloha airlines have regularly scheduled service into Hilo from Honolulu about every 30 minites throughout the day. Car rental companies are plentiful at the airport.
